02 Apr, 2021 What does the school do to create a harmonious state of well-being and high morale amongst its staff?: I agree with the previous comment. However, teachers regularly suggest ways in which the school could reduce stress and those comments have not been listened to. Specifically, the daily morning meetings which begin at 7:20. If you want time in your classroom before students arrive, you need to arrive before the morning meeting time. This means your day could be from 7:00 until well after 4:00 if you are involved in extracurriculars or have an after school meeting as well.
