27 Feb, 2024 Explain how salaries are decided (e.g. is there a pay schedule? extra step for masters degree? Annual pay raises? Bonuses?).: Salaries are based on your teaching experience and degrees. For expats, you will receive some of your payment in US dollars. This goes to you own bank account in your home country and it is paid once a month. Then, twice a month you will receive your payment on local currency in a local bank. The school works with Chinabank. The debit card is mostly accepted everywhere, but some POS don't accept it. There are no annual pay raises. If you are in charge of IB EE, CAS, ToK, you will receive a 2500 pesos coupon either at the end of the year or at the end of the semester.
