18 Mar, 2022 Describe what kinds of teachers work here (local vs. expat, qualifications [or lack there of], etc.) and staff turnover rate. Is there a native English speaker or nationality requirement? Is it LGBT friendly country/school?: The new contract and policy encourages quick turnover rates at the school. This is newly implemented as a strategy by the school board, so impact has yet to be seen. As many of the older staff have retired now, many of the younger/newer staff expect to leave within the next 2-3 years.
