13 Dec, 2022 Describe what kinds of teachers work here (local vs. expat, qualifications [or lack there of], etc.) and staff turnover rate. Is there a native English speaker or nationality requirement? Is it LGBT friendly country/school?: 2022 - 2023 only 2 fully qualified US nationals; the rest unqualified, including the new deputy principal who's on her first international stint; a couple online certified teachers with no experience in the US education system; a couple with international school experience; the rest unqualified and uncertified. For the majority of teachers, assistants, and staff - this is the best work for them in the country, they'll hold on to their position. Some have worked their for 20 years...
