Annual pay raises? Bonuses?).: There is a pay schedule and extra steps for master, PHD and extra credit. There are annual raises that built into the schedule. However there is a cap and so you can only start at year 6 (even if you have more years) and there is no more steps after year 10. So if you stay past 5 years, you no longer get salary increases. .
